Health and Safety
H&L during Operations aims at ensuring compliance to Zambian legislative requirements. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is every employee’s business.
The following personal protective Equipment (PPE) is considered a minimum standard and all employees are required to have and use them whilst in or about the construction site:
- Hard hat
- Safety footwear
- Safety Glasses
- Hearing protection (where needed).
- Gloves
- Right tools for the right job
Any other safety equipment required in specific areas, are issued to employees, who are then responsible for wearing it. Any defective equipment is tagged, handed in,
and replaced promptly.
